About Pascal

Game Desginer

Since childhood, Pascal has been passionate about designing and enhancing play experiences.

From crafting tabletop prototypes for friends and familly to refining existing games, always thinking of ways to improve and innovate. This passion naturally extended to video games, where he developed a habit of dissecting their mechanics-analyzing what made them successful or flawed, understanding the design choices behind them, and finding ways to elevate each mechanic further. It’s a practice he continues to this day in his free time.

In 2018, Pascal earned a three-year Game Development Degree from Algonquin College. During this time he was specially selected among students to collaborate on a co-op VR project with the Canadian Aviation and Space Museum, marking his first time as a Designer in an official capacity.

His first full-time role in the industry came in 2019 as a programmer. He later expanded his expertise by transitioning to a QA position at Budge Studios, a larger company. In 2022 he stepped into his true calling-Game Design-at Magmic Studios, where he finally merged his professional career with his lifelong passion.
